Daybreak is written in HTML - or HyperText Markup Language. Most of the graphics are "homemade." The wallpaper, however, comes from an online graphics provider.

To make it appealing to people, Daybreak is made up of a lot of pictures. Unfortunately, these pictures don�t always work. This is usually because the pictures are based on the HTML tag
<IMG SRC="c:\webstuff\daybreak\pictures\plotz.jpg"> and not <IMG SRC="plotz.jpg"> .
If you are staring at the screen now with the word "Huh?" coming out of your mouth, don�t worry. Very few people understand it. Basically, the codes are wrong, so picture doesn�t come out. So, at the time of Daybreak�s birth on the web, one of the prevailing graphics was this:
It�s been fixed now, so most pictures are working. Actually, the one mentioned above, plotz.jpg, was just repaired in the February edition. The subject/artist was definitely happy, since he had been inquiring about it for the better part of the fall and winter... but that�s another story. Here�s the picture:
Daybreak also has a soundtrack, so to speak. A .mid class music file with the cryptic and probably French name of nimporte.mid. You should be hearing it right now.
